HAPi

Space

Hi, I see you.

The world is noisy out there, isn’t it?
Especially in the health and fitness space.

Everywhere we turn there are messages about protein targets, strength programmes, calories deficits, supplements to take and the idea that ‘all you have to do is this…’ to achieve ‘perfection’.

The science and the facts around health deserve our attention.

But they are often drowned out by full-volume marketing messages, simplified promises and “solutions” designed to grab our attention rather than help us understand what actually works in real life.

And with so many of these solutions aimed at women, we unfairly battle the belief that what we’ve been doing, hasn’t quite been enough.

It all just feels like a lot.

The pressure.
The expectations.

Sometimes, it’s easier to ignore it, park it for another day, and carry on.

And of course quick fixes exist.

But the real magic happens when things are simple, when we find ways to care for our health that bring us energy, balance and a little more happiness each day.

Movement is one of the greatest gifts we have.

It’s free, it’s always available, and it reminds us that our bodies are capable of far more than we often realise.

Who’s

HAPi?

I’m Hayley.

And I’m here to help you find your rhythm again.

I’m a personal trainer, a busy mum of two, a business owner, a woman who understands first-hand just how full on real life can be.

And I’m guessing you do too.

I’ve become very good at plate-spinning and carrying the mental load of life. But life is busy and looking after our own health often slips quietly to the bottom of our list.

Let’s slow this down.

I help you step away from the noise and reconnect with what genuinely works for their body, their life, and their energy.

Movement matters, of course. Strength matters. Fitness matters.

But so do stress levels, energy, hormones, sleep, confidence and self-care.

Health isn’t just physical.

It’s the way our body, mind and lifestyle work together. That’s why I focus on helping women create habits that work with their lives, not against them.

We strip things back to what really matters.

Small actions, repeated often, that build strength and resilience over time.

Simple habits.

Strong foundations.

And a way of caring for your health that feels possible in the life you actually live.

If you’re curious about what this could look like for you, let’s talk. Book your free 15-minute discovery call.

No pressure, just a conversation.

HAPi

22

We all have our little quirks. The number 22 is one of mine.

When I ask myself, “Do I have 22 minutes today?” it is very rare that the answer is no.

And when I ask myself, “Is that something I can sustain long term?” it feels completely doable.

I intentionally train for 22 minutes, because I know I can commit to it and make it happen.

Happiness lives in the moment, but our future health asks us to think beyond the next few weeks. When we make choices with our future selves in mind, the decisions we make today become kinder, wiser and more sustainable.

Create a healthier ‘Future You in 22’.

It’s my small reminder that meaningful change does not need hours, it just needs intention. And I use this in my clients plans, 22 minute sessions crafted into their week.

You can achieve a lot in 22 minutes when you truly want to. It’s a simple idea, but one I believe in deeply.

Does 22 minutes feel achievable to you? Then let’s chat…

HAPi

Beliefs

Health does not need more complexity, just simple things done well. These are my 5 beliefs.

Something over nothing

Progress comes from showing up, investing 1% more, repeated consistently, compounds into tangible change.

Process over outcomes

We focus on what we can control. When the process is right, the results follow.

We listen

Nothing about our health happens in silence, we just need to tune in.

Happiness before perfection

We choose happiness first, because that is something we can feel & build. Perfection is something we chase.

Intentional Movement

We make a conscious choice to move. It doesn’t have to be ‘all or nothing’, just something…

HAPi

Way

My approach is designed to fit your life, not add friction.

Life is rarely predictable, so the way we care for our health needs to be flexible enough to move with it.

I intentionally keep my HAPi community close, allowing me to give each person I work with the time, attention and support they deserve. I have the space to adapt when life changes.

Every week can look different. The plan we create needs to adapt when your life does.

Your support from me is flexible and personal, your time with me can include:

  • Movement and strength sessionsactive, purposeful and powerful

  • Nutritional guidance and habitsnot just calorie counting

  • Technique coachingbecause good technique creates choices for movement

  • Sports massagesupporting recovery and releasing tension

  • Central Nervous System (CNS) resetshelping regulate stress and restore energy

These choices become part of an ongoing conversation, where I share the ‘why’ behind what we do, helping you build habits and foundations that are yours to keep.

The aim isn’t reliance.

It’s independence.

Tribe

What is life without community?

HAPi is more than coaching sessions. Each client brings their own story to the HAPi space, and here are a few of their experiences.

“Hayley just gets it. She understands that life is busy and unpredictable, and she works with you, not against you.”

— Elly, 42

“The last 15 minutes of my session are now reserved for a sports massage, and they’ve quickly become the most important 15 minutes of my week”

— Simone, 43

“This is the first time I’ve found something that feels realistic, sustainable, and genuinely motivating. I understood the idea of 1% improvements, but could never make it stick. ”

— Melanie, 47
